Patient Registration Process
Visit Our Nearest Branch
Walk into any AAR Healthcare branch to begin the registration process.
Present valid Documents
Share your full name, contact details, and a valid ID such as a National ID, medical card, Passport, or Driver’s License.
Fill out the registration form
Our friendly staff will assist you in completing a brief form to capture your personal information.
Queued in the system
Queued in the system to access medical services. First come, first serve basis.
Note: You can expect to be done in about 40 minutes at AAR Healthcare clinic, unless you need lab tests.
Billing Process & Insurance
Service Confirmation
After your consultation or treatment, our team will confirm all the services rendered.
Invoice Generation
An itemized invoice will be generated, clearly listing the services, medications, and any applicable charges.
Payment Options
You can pay with cash, mobile money, (airtel & mtn), visa card, or use your health insurance where applicable.
Receipt & Record
Once payment is made, you’ll receive a receipt for services rendered.
