Over and again, when setting up new clinics we tend to choose locations that ease accessibility and
shall be conspicuous to clients. However, during its period of operation we at times encounter a
reduced performance of such a facility stemming from compromised visibility and accessibility. The
lack of a prominent urban/city plans lead to impromptu restructuring of roads denying easy access.
Our AAR Ntinda Out Patient Center which is located in a Kampala suburb befell a culprit of the
aforementioned city restructuring. Nonetheless, we always believed in this area having clients that
desired our quality of services. This motivated our relocation of the clinic to a favorable premise, a
move that has come with enormous positive reviews and increased client attendance in the past
seven months.
The new home for AAR Ntinda clinic has doubled its average number of patients seen per day and
increased its first-time visitors by a two-fold. Besides, we also having very positive reviews even
before we entirely complete the internal furnishing of the facility.
We shall remain focused on improving the quality of care by providing steady-fast access and
outstanding visibility to the general public with an aim of diverting their choice of health care
centers in our favor. We have earmarked several existing clinics for relocation to mimic the AAR
Ntinda clinic impact.
The health care industry is undergoing an advancement in clinical care which is being continuously
supported by newer generations of diagnostics, research and development of new drugs and
specialized care resulting from evidence-based-medicine. At primary health care level, an area of
practice we trade in, we treasure an improved quality of care. This is being by addition of new
services offered on out-patient basis.
At AAR Health Care Uganda Limited we acquired our first ever in the network, new X-Ray machine
installed at the AAR Buganda Road clinic. The machine has offered a chance for medical practitioners
to exercise unlimited diagnostic procedures with minimal inconvenience to clients. We are confident that the objective of transforming AAR Buganda Road clinic into a one-stop specialists center for OPD
services shall be realized.
