Reporting: Ensure that financial and clinical reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform a variety of radiological procedures, ensuring optimal image quality
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Ensure Consistent, high quality out patient service delivery in the Health Centre.
Management of risk Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and drug formularies and other SOPs.
Lead and develop staff capable of delivering on the mandate of the Health Centre.
Ensure resources are effectively and efficiently utilized to deliver desired results.
Ensure development and implementation of annual operating plans and budgets for the health Centre.
Manage Health Centre performance and budgeting.
Ensure that the clinic is operated in accordance to standards set by the relevant Medical/government institutions.
Manage clinic finances and ensure that all Claims and supporting schedules are Accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Data integrity: Ensure that all clinic staff handle clinic and business matter with utmost confidentiality and Integrity.
Ensure delivery of appropriate, consistently high-quality, cost-effective preventive and curative clinical services to all AAR members, Direct Billing clients and walk in clients.
Lead, direct, develop and manage all aspect of Health Centre operations.
Safe-guard corporate interests in the process of providing Health Centre services.
Develop a deep understanding of the needs, opportunities and challenges of the individual clinics and articulate the same with the view of finding creative solutions.
You will also carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you.
You will also carry out radiology procedures as per the duties listed below:
Observing protocols including ensuring patient confidentiality
Ensure proper use of radiology equipment
Ensure that equipment is regularly checked for malfunctions and reporting of any faults
Booking patients for appointments if special examination by the radiologist is required
Observing health and safety at work, including ionizing radiation regulations for own protection and others’
Auditing ultrasound scan images and reports of other sonographers and reporting results to the Senior Health Center Manager and the quality assurance office.
Administrative advice on improving radiology services including advice on equipment

LEVEL OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: (this position requires)
Degree in Medicine with relevant clinical experience in managing a Health Centre.
A Master’s Degree with relevant experience managing comparable units in non-government organizations is an added advantage.
Nursing training: Degree in Nursing with proven experience as a nurse manager in a large outpatient unit.
